Yoga Teacher Training with Yog Mandala
The teacher training program offers the opportunity to gain a certificate of 200 Hour Yoga.
The course is aimed at serious students of Yoga who wish to deepen their understanding of the physical and spiritual aspects of Yoga. In addition to gaining a deep understanding of yoga philosophy and asanas students will live a complete yogic life style.

All students will be expected to undertake daily; one hour bhakti yoga, one hour karma yoga, five hours Raja Yoga and three hours Gnana Yoga

* Class planning
* Adjustments and techniques
* Yoga, Ayurveda, Naturopathy and 5 elements

During the course, students will be assessed on an ongoing basis. At the end of the course there will be a practical evaluation. On completion of the course and after passing all assessments and exams students will receive depending on the course they choose the following certificates:
6.00 – 7.30 Ashtanga Self- Practice
8.00 – 8.30 Meditation
10.00 – 11.00 Break
11.00 – 13.00 Lecture
13.00 – 14.00 Pranyama and Meditation
14.00 – 15.00 Break
15.00 – 15.30 Yoga Nidra
16.30 – 18.00 Vinyasa Flow
18.00 – 20.00 Break
20.00 – 21.00 Evening Activity
Kam has been practicing yoga since the age of 14 covering a wide range of styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Sivandna and Acro Yoga to name a few. He holds a Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (BNYS) from Dr MGR Medical University in Tamil Nadu. As part of his studies he did internships at both Nisargopchar Nature Cure Ashram and the National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune.
He holds a Panchakarma & Special Therapies of Kerala Accreditation from Kerela Ayurvedic Hospital Kochi and has extensive knowledge and experience of a wide range of therapies including; Reiki, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Thai Yoga Massage, Acupuncture, NLP, EFT and Journey.
Kam established Yog Mandala in 2007 with the goal of being able to share his extensive practices in both yoga and holistic care with a wider audience. The combination of his knowledge, the beautiful surroundings of Varkala and his infectious energy make for a unique experience.
